What we collect and why
Your name, email, cell number and car registration (and delivery details when you order) — to create your account, process orders and fitments, issue your in-store voucher and, only if you opt in, send you deals and service reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
How we protect it
We store it securely and limit who can see it. We never sell or rent your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website host, payment, courier, email and SMS providers), who must keep it confidential, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing at any time — reply “STOP” to any message, WhatsApp 072 347 0000, call 011 837 8686 or email sales@smarttyres.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Voucher
One voucher per customer and vehicle. Redeemable in store only, with another purchase. Not valid online and not exchangeable for cash.
